All prices are subject to change without notice. In addition, pricing on the website does not include applicable sales taxes.
Payment
VM Autohaus Inc accepts VISA, Mastercard, Interac and cash at its store location at this time. Only VISA and Mastercard will be accepted for online and mail order shipments.
Warranty
In distributing product from OEM suppliers and factories, we at VM Autohaus Inc know our products fit extremely well and are of excellent quality. Regardless, we understand quality control issues exist in all manufacturing processes. With this in mind we treat warranties with great respect and put continued effort to understand where and why premature wear or malfunction occurred. VM Autohaus Inc warrants all products purchased against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months or 20,000 kilometers (whichever occurs first) or the expressed manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is greater. Warranty does not apply to wear items or parts which fail due to improper installation, negligence, mishandling, modification or lack of maintenance. VM Autohaus Inc does not cover labour costs associated with the removal or repair of the defective part or for incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from the defective product.
Returns
All returns to VM Autohaus Inc must be accompanied by the original invoice. All returned items that are in saleable condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Returns will not be accepted on items purchased over 30 days from the original invoice date. Special order and electrical parts are non returnable. Certain items may not be returnable due to lack of demand and may be discontinued without notice.
Cores
Cores being returned to VM Autohaus Inc must be returned in original packaging to receive full credit. Failure to do so may result in core credit not being issued. Unusable or incomplete cores will not be issued credit.
Damaged or lost shipments
VM Autohaus Inc will not be responsible for any damage sustained to goods while in transit. Any claims for missing goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
